Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the Production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Brampton, ON

Pay Range: Up to $23/hr (Depending Upon Experience)

Shift: Rotational Shift (Monday – Friday)

What's the Job?

• Operate production equipment following processing instructions
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Ensure product quality and consistency during manufacturing
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate equipment or process issues to supervisors and participate in safety meetings

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders
• Mechanical aptitude or experience working with machinery
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards
