Description des tâches et responsabilités – Analyste fonctionnel (XML, SQL, API & intégration)
Les responsabilités du poste incluent :
- Développer et fournir une expertise fonctionnelle et technique pour les systèmes de service, de diagnostic, de connectivité et de rétroaction des véhicules des concessionnaires;
- Développer des relations de travail collaboratives avec les partenaires d'affaires clés, les architectes de solutions, les équipes technologiques et d'affaires;
- Assurer la gestion du cycle de vie de l'application (projets, amélioration continue et soutien au besoin);
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe élargie de fourniture de solutions pour s'assurer que les applications continuent de répondre aux besoins fonctionnels et techniques actuels et futurs de l'entreprise;
- Contribuer à l'élaboration de la documentation fonctionnelle et applicative, du matériel de formation, des normes et des meilleures pratiques;
- Assumer la responsabilité du Runbook des applications, en étroite collaboration avec les architectes de solutions et les partenaires;
- Acquérir et partager des connaissances sur les besoins d'affaires émergents, la technologie et les solutions pour aider à améliorer les opérations;
- Soutenir et optimiser les fonctions de gestion des changements organisationnels et de contrôle des changements techniques;
