:En tant qu’analyste solution dans la direction adjointe d’Optimisation des solutions - Services financiers, vous travaillerez dans une équipe produit en mode Agile. Vous analyserez les besoins des différentes clientèles affaires afin de trouver les solutions les plus adaptées à leurs attentes et participerez au support applicatif des systèmes sous la responsabilité de l’équipe. Ainsi, vous contribuerez à l’analyse des besoins et à l’élaboration de la solution TI en collaboration avec les parties prenantes clés. Vous assurerez la rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles, préparerez des cas de tests et ferez les essais attendus des fonctionnalités développées par l’équipe.
Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :
Réaliser l’analyse de besoins et traduire les exigences de l'organisation ou du client en exigences de systèmes.
Analyser les systèmes afin de résoudre des problèmes opérationnels.
Communiquer à la fois avec les ressources techniques, les ressources d’affaires et les clients afin de comprendre les solutions à mettre en place.
Supporter et coordonner les travaux de développement.
Réaliser les documents d’essais fonctionnels qui traduisent la solution à valider et participer à la réalisation des essais.
Participer à certaines discussions TI avec le fournisseur ou le client et l’équipe de livraison.
Participer à l’évaluation de la complexité, des échéanciers, des ressources et des efforts requis.
Assurer l'arrimage de l'ensemble des travaux fonctionnels sous sa responsabilité et encadrer les autres analystes y participant.
Respecter les normes de documentation et les normes fonctionnelles et suggérer des modifications et des ajouts.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres équipes « produit ».
Participer au support applicatif des solutions des Services Financiers.
Vos talents et qualifications :
Baccalauréat en informatique ou l’équivalent.
Cumuler un minimum de trois (3) ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire.
Connaissance du domaine des services financiers et de l’assurance.
Connaissance du logiciel Unitrax (atout important)
Maitrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit ainsi qu’une maitrise intermédiaire de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise.
