Our client is a growing real estate investment and development firm operating across multiple asset classes. Your new role

Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Financial Analyst will actively support the evaluation, modelling, and execution of real estate investment opportunities. You will participate throughout the investment cycle, including acquisition analysis, due diligence, financing, portfolio performance monitoring, and the preparation of presentations for financial partners and the investmentmittee.
You will also contribute to detailed financial models, market research, budgeting, and portfolio reporting. This position offers significant early-career exposure, allowing you to work closely with decision-makers and have a tangible impact on the firm’s investments and continued growth.

What you'll need to succeed

You hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field, along with relevant experience or internships in real estate, investment banking, private equity, real estate financing, or consulting. A CPA or CFA designation, or progress toward one, would be considered a strong asset.
You possess advanced Excel skills and a solid understanding of financial modelling, investment analysis, and real estate performance metrics. Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools, data visualization software, or programming languages such as Python or SQL would be viewed favourably. You are analytical, detail-oriented, autonomous, and motivated to grow within an entrepreneurial, high-performance environment. Fluency in both French and English is required.
