Job descriptionOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise construction projects from start to finish. Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project coordination. Manage contracts, procurement, and change orders while maintaining control over project costs and timelines. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Report on project status, risks, and milestones to senior management and clients. Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. High-Rise Construction Expertise : Proven experience managing high-rise residential or mixed-use projects from pre-construction through completion. Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex project workflows. Communication : Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, consultants, and trades. Experience : Minimum of 8–12 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years managing high-rise projects. Education : Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
