Project Manager | Edmonton, ABA growing Edmonton-based General Contractor is looking to add a
Project Manager
to its team. With a strong pipeline ofmercial tenant improvement, landlord improvements, and light industrial projects, this is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional looking to join a busy and entrepreneurial environment.Thepany continues to secure new projects and is seeking a Project Manager who can take ownership of multiple projects while working closely with leadership and site teams.Responsibilities
- Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships
- Manage contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on budget, and on schedule
- Work collaboratively with Superintendents to drive project success
Qualifications
- Experience managingmercial construction projects
- Background in tenant improvement,mercial interiors, landlord improvements, or light industrial projects is considered an asset
- Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, and contract administration
- Excellentmunication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- $100,000 to $130,000
