ResponsibilitiesCore Project Management:
Direct and coordinate every phase of HVAC construction, encompassing planning, active execution, and closing procedures.
Formulate and oversee project timelines using internal CRM and construction tools to guarantee on-time delivery.
Generate highly accurate construction estimates utilizing proprietary software platforms.
Analyze technical documents, schematics, and digital blueprints to ensure proper HVAC system design and implementation.
Maintain tight financial control by supervising project budgets, procurement processes, and contracts.
Ensure the accurate and prompt release of mechanical equipment for manufacturing.
Partner with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal staff to drive smooth and efficient project execution.
Track project progress to verify strict adherence to quality assurance standards, manufacturer specifications, design parameters, and contractual requirements.
Run progress meetings, conduct product inspections, and coordinate equipment startups with field technicians.
Organize project documentation using software such as Bluebeam, ensuring all work complies with industry standards, safety codes, and regulations.
Sales & Product Support:
Collaborate with outside sales representatives to assist with product selections and quotes for engineering firms and mechanical contractors.
Provide exceptional service by fielding customer inquiries via phone and email.
Process quotes and orders efficiently while keeping customer records up to date in the CRM system.
Help the sales team identify new business opportunities, follow up on leads, and assist in developing strategies to hit company objectives.
Leverage manufacturer software to guide team members and clients in selecting the appropriate HVAC equipment for their specific needs.
Provide technical guidance on product compatibility, applications, and specifications, while remaining current on industry advancements to offer informed recommendations.
QualificationsPossess a high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, engineering, or a relevant trade certification is highly preferred.
Demonstrated, proven experience working within the HVAC industry.
Strong proficiency in utilizing all common software applications.
Exceptional time management, organizational, and project management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Maintain a robust understanding of freight logistics, safety protocols, and construction site operations.
Showcase a demonstrated ability in contract administration, cost estimation, project scheduling, and reading digital blueprints.
Deliver effective and clear communication skills, both written and oral.
