- 15 years A Senior Project Manager is required to manage the complexity of several eHealth Ecosystem Modernization projects simultaneously, support project documentation and report project progress with stakeholders.
- The services provided by the resource include : - Developing a project charters; - Managing several eHealth Ecosystem Modernization projects simultaneously;
- Contributing to Request For Proposal (RFP) development; - Scheduling and managing meetings with the stakeholders; including meeting schedules, agendas, meeting content development, documenting minutes, managing follow up activities;
- Coordinating and engaging with various stakeholder groups to inform of project progress and activities and solicit feedback as appropriate;
- Managing project start-up tasks including creating a project SharePoint site, project calendar, contact list and other supporting tools;
- Developing project plans and documenting project activities; - Creating, updating and managing project logs with applicable minute actions, issues, decisions, risks;
- Documenting and reporting project status against established objectives, milestones, budget and resources; - Developing reports, summaries, presentations and communication material and other work and communication products;
- Assisting in the preparation of committee update presentations; and - Managing activities around project tracking and reporting
