You’ll manage inventory, work with suppliers, support inside sales, help customers, and make sure we always have the right products at the right time.

What You’ll Do
✅ Analyze stock levels and sales trends to make smart buying decisions
✅ Create purchase orders and coordinate deliveries
✅ Track incoming shipments and expedite orders as needed
✅ Manage inventory health — turns, fill rates, and reducing stale product
✅ Handle product file maintenance and updates
✅ Negotiate returns, specials, freight terms, and rebate opportunities
✅ Monitor market trends and pricing
✅ Support Mines, contractors and walk‑in customers with product knowledge, quotes, and order processing
✅ Source special‑order materials and assist with project pricing
✅ Strengthen customer relationships and support inside sales
✅ Pitch in with warehouse organization and general team tasks
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need decades of experience — you need drive, curiosity, and the desire to build a career you’re proud of.
✅ College/university education or relevant experience
✅ Experience in purchasing, inventory, customer service, or similar roles
✅ Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
✅ Confidence in negotiation and vendor communication
✅ Tech‑savvy and comfortable with business software
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✅ Solid Microsoft Office abilities
✅ Reliable, ethical, independent — someone who takes ownership
Bonus Points For
✨ Mining or industrial supply knowledge

Additional Information
Compensation:
Salary Range: $45,760-$52,000 (depending on experience)
Profit Sharing: Industry‑leading program with serious earning potential
