Job descriptionA Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science. Over 7 years of experience in software development for large-scale, web-based products. At least 3 years in a software architecture and technical leadership role, with experience leading offshore teams being a plus. Proficiency with the Microsoft tech stack (C#, .NET, Visual Studio) and React. Exceptional communication skills with a talent for mentoring and guiding team members. The ability to work independently with strong attention to detail. Proven experience collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. A creative, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous learning. We are seeking a skilled Software Architect to join our clients remote IT team based in Canada. In this position, you will take a lead role in designing and developing advanced SaaS solutions while collaborating closely with a diverse group of talented professionals. Your responsibilities will include setting system architecture standards, guiding development teams, evaluating emerging technologies, and ensuring the scalability and security of our software offerings.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technical strategies and programs.

- Architect new features and manage existing codebases using best practices.
- Align with Scrum teams to ensure architectural decisions are implemented effectively.
- Communicate daily with team members and the product owner to prepare work for development.
