En quoi cela consiste ?
Dans le showroom, vous irez à la rencontre de nos clients, principalement des particuliers à la recherche de conseils à la fois techniques et esthétiques pour leurs projets de salle-de-bain. Vous leur présenterez les produits et services correspondant à leurs besoins, envies et budget. Votre objectif sera de négocier et de conclure la vente d'une offre sur-mesure, le tout en plaçant la satisfaction clients au cœur de vos préoccupations !
Quelles seront vos missions ?
Au quotidien, vous serez en charge de :
- Accueillir les clients, identifier leurs besoins et les accompagner vers le choix le plus adéquat
- Établir les propositions de devis, négocier et conclure les ventes des offres de produits et services
- Suivre les commandes clients : réception, livraison et service après-vente
- Garantir l'attractivité du showroom : mise en valeur de l'espace, mise en situation des produits, étiquetage et présentation des promotions en cours.
