Job description
This Senior Product Manager role is a high-ownership, onsite position within a Victoria-based gaming studio, focusing on the strategic growth and live-ops management of mobile and social casino titles. Stepping away from the administrative nature of traditional SaaS product management, the successful candidate will directly lead a multidisciplinary team—including designers and analysts—to translate data-driven insights into compelling game loops and features. It is a "game-first" opportunity designed for a veteran with over six years of experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants tangible accountability for a product's roadmap and live performance.

Advantages
Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of one or more live mobile/social casino games at their studio in Victoria, BC. This is a hands-on, game-first role with direct accountability for the roadmap, live performance, and delivery.
You’ll work onsite with a dedicated live-ops team of engineers, game designers, QA, and artists, leading a small product group (Game Design, Data Analytics). This is not a process-heavy or remote PM role; it is designed for someone who wants true ownership and the chance to shape games from within the studio.

Responsibilities
Own the Product Roadmap: Set and manage priorities for live games.
Drive End-to-End Features: Lead the journey from initial concept to launch and live iteration.
Strategic Decision Making: Make critical trade-offs across scope, quality, and impact.
Lead Live-Ops: Plan and execute events, features, and experiments.
Data-Informed Leadership: Use player behavior and data to guide decisions and provide functional leadership to game designers and analysts.

Qualifications
Experience: 6+ years in product management for games or live consumer products.
Track Record: Proven experience shipping and operating live F2P or economy-driven games.
Intuition: A strong grasp of game loops, progression, and monetization.
Agility: Comfort making decisions in fast-moving, imperfect environments.
Collaboration: A desire to work onsite as part of a tight-knit, collaborative studio team.

Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Specific mobile gaming experience.
Note: This is a core gaming product role. It is not a SaaS/internal-tools PM position, nor is it a Project Manager/Jira Administrator role.

Summary
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000 (Based on skills and experience)
Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
Flexible working hours (Monday – Friday).
Extended Health, Dental, and Wellness package (including EAP).
Parking or public transit subsidy.
A fun, inclusive, and highly collaborative team culture.
