Our staffing agency is recruiting on behalf of a leading client for an experienced Sales Representative to manage and grow a portfolio of multiple clients in North America and Europe. The ideal candidate excels in communication, relationship‑building, and driving revenue across diverse accounts while maintaining a high level of professionalism and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support multiple client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and strong relationships.
  • Conduct outreach to new prospects and present products or services aligned with client needs.
  • Understand client goals and challenges to recommend tailored solutions.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
