  • Collaborate with teams like Policy Fulfilment and business stakeholders to determine feasibility and troubleshoot issues.
  • Work with external teams (e.g., DCM, Kyndryl) to integrate and optimize document services, providing assistance when needed.

How you will succeed :

  • You have an innovative mindset to improve operational efficiencies and the ability to influence change, with a primary focus on client needs.
  • You use critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions, and proactively propose solutions.
  • You have strong communication skills to clearly convey messages and explore diverse points of view.
  • You build trusting relationships and provide guidance to support the development of colleagues.
  • To join our team :

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with at least 1 year of experience in application support including development and operation.
  • Knowledge in software engineering, with proficiency in one or more programming languages.
  • Knowledge in system administration and managing production environments.
  • Proficiency in using monitoring and logging tools to track system performance and discover errors.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge with containerization technologies like Docker.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure-as-code tools as an asset.
  • Knowledge or experience with ESQL, IBM MQ (Rabbit MQ or similar), Oracle SQL, Java, and GIT.
  • Knowledge of Eclipse IDE is an asset.
  • What you need to know :

  • Rotational on-call schedule, with shifts during evenings and weekends.
  • Extended work hours, including evenings and weekends, will be required.
  • You will be subject to a background check as a condition of employment if you are the successful candidate.

  • Training and development opportunities to grow your career.
  • Flexible work options and paid time off to support your personal and family needs.
  • A holistic approach to your well-being, with physical and mental health programs and a supportive workplace culture.
