Responsible for the daily operations of the Complex Transitional Care and Regional Unit at Milton District Hospital. This position includes implementing and supporting clinical program priorities and innovations in patient care, while ensuring a patient-centred approach, quality patient care, collaborative team work and fiscal responsibility. Will have on-call administration duties for Milton District Hospital.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.5 hour days plus leader on‑call rotation
Site: Milton
Salary: $66.122 to $82.639 per hour
