Implement and maintain efficient office management practices to optimize patient flow and service delivery.

Ensure adherence to BC and Canadian privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient records.

Utilize EMR systems such as Profile for effective medical record management.

Coordinate human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development.

Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement in patient care and operational efficiency.

Maintain knowledge of medical terminology, managed care processes, and utilization management practices.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high standards of clinical care are met.

Serve as the main liaison between physicians, staff, and patients, promoting open communication and problem resolution.

Support strategic growth initiatives and service enhancements.

Qualifications Proven experience in a medical office or clinic setting in a Leadership role Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and deliver measurable improvements.

Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team leadership and development.

Familiarity with healthcare management principles and practices Experience with financial management including budgeting and fiscal oversight within a healthcare environment.

Proficiency in medical administrative support functions including scheduling, billing, and coding processes.

Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with healthcare policies, office systems, and regulatory compliance.

Experience with payroll software (Payworks) an asset Tech-savvy and experienced with implementing and optimizing systems.

Experience with EMR systems such as Profile Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.

Ability to navigate complex healthcare systems while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care.
