Location: Onsite - Langley BC, Job Type: Full-time, permanent Shift: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, detail‑oriented Imaging Specialist for Custom Apparel to join our production team. In this role, you will prepare customer‑supplied print files, operate DTF, embroidery, heat transfer and other custom apparel equipment, while ensuring all projects meet the specifications outlined in the work order.
You thrive on seeing digital files come to life on a wide range of materials - from t-shirts, hats, canvass and specialty materials. You have a sharp eye for quality and enjoy hands‑on production work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and collaborating with a supportive team, while also having opportunities for skill development and career growth. Exceptional attention to accuracy and detail is essential. A self‑starting mindset and strong can‑do attitude are a must.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and pre‑flight existing customer files printing
- Design, create, enhance files for production
- Set-up, operate, and maintain printing and pressing machines associated with production
- Follow design specifications and colour matching requirements
- Follow work‑order specifications to complete jobs accurately and on time
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and high‑quality, on time output
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Experience with Excel, Outlook, Teams, Dynamics 365
- Experience with pre‑flight processes for digital print files
Additional Assets (Nice to Have)
- Hands on experience operating apparel printing, embroidery and pressing machines in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of different apparel production techniques (heat transfer, DTF, Embroidery)
- Skilled at reading and interpreting technical work orders and design files
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with production equipment and troubleshooting
- Attention to detail and strong quality focus
- Good manual dexterity and stamina
- Knowledge of sewing and/or headwear is a bonus
