• Ensure the management and implementation of large-scale technological projects prioritized by the sector, creating a climate conducive to motivation while facilitating daily activities
• Prepare and actively participate in Pl Planning (prioritization, breakdown, presentation of commitments)
• Optimize the use of project resources on an ongoing basis to achieve industry objectives
• Diagnose problematic situations, intervene and get involved in the resolution of complex problems by ensuring the implementation of solutions
• Consistently and proactively raise and manage project risks and issues
• Produce the various reports to monitor the progress of the project work and provide the status of progress, while adapting the communication to the hearing
• Ensure alignment between the Tl and Business teams regarding the various interdependencies affecting your project
• Be a transformative agent to promote our values and ensure constant communication with all internal and external stakeholders
