A leading national distributor in the electrical, communications, and automation sector is hiring a Project Coordinator for their Vaughan location. If you’re organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, well-established organization with strong team culture.
What You’ll Do
Support project managers and sales teams with order coordination, scheduling, and documentation
Create, update, and track project files, quotes, and purchase orders
Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery of materials
Coordinate project status updates, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records
Assist with billing, reporting, and general administrative support
Maintain strong customer relationships through responsive and solutions-oriented service
What You Bring
Experience in project coordination, supply chain, or related administrative support roles
Knowledge of electrical, industrial, or construction-related products (an asset but not required)
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Proficiency with MS Office; ERP experience is an asset
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
A team-first attitude and commitment to customer service
What’s Offered
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 based on experience
Profit share bonus program
Monday–Friday in-office schedule
