The role is central to maintaining and improving the plant’s infrastructure, supporting the production of Fords powertrains, and ensuring operational efficiency
You’ll have:
Education:
Bachelor degree in Engineering.
Experience:
5+ years as a Plant Engineering Manager / Facility Engineering Manager.
5+ years leading professional engineers and skilled trades within an automotive manufacturing environment, preferably Union.
Even better, you may have...
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Servant leadership principles.
