Visionpool Business Services is hiring a Help Desk Analyst who will be located 100% ONSITE IN REGINA, SK.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 Help Desk support including creating ser accounts, troubleshooting user login issues and reset passwords

• Providing hardware installation & support, and resolving password, Wifi, and printer issues

• Run new, terminate & test network wiring

• Maintain and repair existing network wiring and infrastructure

• Monitor and repair wifi APs

• Install and maintain switches, camera servers, and other networked devices

• Prepare and deploy new computers and carts

• Install & maintain computers, laptops, security cameras, APs, Yodec, monitors, AV, switches, projectors, mice, keyboards, etc.

• Maintain printers and/or contact Gold Print service as needed

• Prepare retired equipment for donation/disposal (remove/wipe hard drives

• Maintain inventory of spare parts, computers, wiring, terminations, batteries, etc.

• Maintain inventory of consumbable hardware (batteries, dongles, keyboards, Installation supplies, etc.)

• Provide application support

• Administration of AD, Azure, Papercut, Microsoft365/Exchange, Google Classroom, Blue Iris

• Interface with certain vendors (Gold, ERA, IKS)

• Keep technical and reference documentation up to date

• Document, respond to and track issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience providing technical IT support to end user

• Demonstrated Mac and PC experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, mobile phones, and computer related peripherals

• Experience working with and providing front line support for Microsoft 365

• Demonstrated firewall experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of common software and operating systems

• General knowledge of computer systems, analysis techniques, and ITIL processes
