Job description
We are seeking a Information Technical Analystto join our client's team. We need a highly skilled and adaptable professional to support a diverse range of technology-driven projects across our organization. Responsibilities
Spearheading the enhancement and maintenance of IT data for disaster recovery and asset management repositories, ensuring their robustness and reliability.
• Harnessing the capabilities of Microsoft 365 tools, such as SharePoint, Power Automate, and Teams, to design and optimize disaster recovery solutions.
• Collaborating closely with IT teams to understand the repository's technical requirements, making sure it meets organizational objectives and standards.
• Translating business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and design documents, ensuring seamless integration of the repositories into the program(s).

Qualifications
• Have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience working as a Technical Analyst.
• Deep familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint, Power Automate, and Teams. A certification in Microsoft 365 would be an asset.
• Demonstrated experience in setting up, optimizing, and maintaining data repositories or similar
platforms using Microsoft 365 tools.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Demonstrated experience in methodical approach to problem-solving with excellent troubleshooting skills.
