What You Will Do


· Train Emergency Technicians on job execution, ensuring correct procedures are followed, including the proper use of Encircle
· Oversee the correct operation of mitigation equipment such as dehumidifiers, air movers, and other restoration tools
· Ensure timely completion of all projects, meeting or exceeding company standards
· Offer constructive feedback and create opportunities for team development
· Ensure adherence to safety protocols to protects employees and clients
· Regularly inspect projects and conduct quality assurance checks to ensure satisfaction
· Provide continuous training for team members to keep their skills up to date
· Offer back up support to the Emergency Manager when needed

What You Have


· 3 + years of experience in the restoration industry (preferred)
· Water Restoration Technician Certification (preferred)
· Strong leadership and people management skills
· Clean Criminal Record Check
· Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
· Experience driving and parking a panel van and cube truck
· Ability to lift industrial fans (30-40 lbs)
· Ability to load/unload wheeled industrial dehumidifiers (75-100 lbs)
· Knowledge of construction and basic building materials
· Effective communication skills in English
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
