About the Opportunity :
The Program Manager is responsible for driving the transformation of clinical service programs to elevate the experience of children and their families, achieve operational excellence, align operational improvements with the overall strategic plan and ensure department long-term sustainability. This role applies foundational change management and leadership skills to foster improvements, optimize service delivery, and build organizational excellence.
