  • Développer rapidement tes compétences en gestion grâce à un programme structuré et rémunéré, avec une immersion concrète dans les opérations

  • Être formé(e) sur le terrain par des mentors expérimentés pour évoluer vers un rôle clé : Directeur(trice) de centre d’affaires

  • Contribuer directement à la performance d’un centre d’affaires tout en développant ton leadership

  • Évoluer progressivement vers la direction d’un centre d’affaires, selon les opportunités et ta mobilité

As-tu ce qu’on recherche?

  • Diplôme universitaire complété ou en voie d’obtention (toutes disciplines pertinentes)

  • Esprit analytique et grande capacité d’apprentissage

  • Fibre entrepreneuriale, leadership naturel, et sens des responsabilités

  • Excellentes habiletés en communication et en relations interpersonnelles

  • Intérêt marqué pour la gestion, les opérations, la vente et le service à la clientèle

Les défis qui t’attendent :

  • Découvrir l’ensemble des opérations d’un centre d’affaires : entrepôt, achats, crédit, service à la clientèle, ventes internes et externes

  • Analyser des états financiers, suivre la rentabilité et comprendre les impacts opérationnels

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes, les fournisseurs et les clients

  • Participer à des projets stratégiques ayant un impact réel sur l’entreprise

  • Développer des compétences solides en gestion d’équipe, planification et résolution de problèmes

  • Progresser au sein d’un programme de développement structuré, accompagné(e) par un mentor, un Directeur de centre d’affaires et le Vice-Président régional
