The Project Manager reports to the Mudwizard Manager. The selected individual acts as the main point of contact for clients regarding innovative sludge management solutions and ensures technical after-sales service. In addition to planning, this person is responsible for proactively managing projects, from needs analysis and design to production and commissioning at the client’s site.
Responsabilities
- Provide technical support to sales representatives with their clients;
- Assess client needs to clearly identify expectations;
- Conduct site visits, gather information to ensure alignment with the value proposition and the start-up of sold units;
- Propose a system tailored to the client’s needs and present the project (in the client’s language);
- Manage required materials for the project efficiently;
- Plan and carry out installation at the client’s site;
- Follow up with clients to deliver excellent after-sales service;
- Provide technical service to clients;
- Offer on-site training to clients as needed;
- All other related tasks.
Specific Requirements
Hold a college diploma in industrial maintenance or relevant project management experience, combined with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in civil and / or mining work (any other form of training and / or experience will be considered).
Technical Requirements
Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) for communication (approximately 40% of the time) with suppliers outside Quebec, Canadian and U.S. subsidiaries, clients outside Quebec, and colleagues;Ability to provide high-quality technical service to clients;Knowledge of AutoCAD and Inventor software;Mechanical knowledge and manual skills;Good understanding of the mining industry and civil works in general is an asset;Ability to read, analyze, and design plans is an asset.Soft Skills
