• Manage and lead all steps required to carry out projects
• Understand the scope of your responsibilities and associated challenges
• Establish the tasks required to complete mandates and develop realistic and achievable budgets and schedules
• Coordinate a team of biologists and environmental technicians under your responsibility
• Serve as a liaison between the senior manager and team members to establish the schedule,

the distribution of responsibilitiesકળ and the allocation of human and financial resources, to request any clarification or additional information, and to report on work progress
