We are currently hiring a full-time Yard Hand/Labourer to join our Dawson Creek team.
As the Yard Hand/Labourer, you are responsible for: Accurately and efficiently preparing rental equipment for customers Testing equipment and showing customers how to operate equipment as required Overseeing the secure and accurate loading and unloading of equipment Performing routine checks on rental equipment to ensure it is safe and in good working order using the rental tagging system Inspecting returned equipment for damages and fuel and reporting immediately to counter Ensuring that yard and shop is neat, organized, and safe by putting equipment in proper locations and ensuring that debris and snow is cleared Preparing records of incoming, outgoing, or damaged equipment as required per Rentco procedures Washing and fueling equipment You have the following skills and abilities: Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills Excellent verbal communication skills Strong work ethic and a positive team attitude Ablity to work efficiently both independently and as a part of a team Ability to communicate in writing and perform basic mathematical calculations Ability to learn to operate material handling equipment, including forklifts Rentco Equipment Ltd, offers you: Competitive wages ($20.00-$22.00/hr.)
