As a Shop Service Coordinator you will : Play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Service Department with a strong emphasis on generating business, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring timely collection of service revenue. This position helps drive profitability by coordinating service work, promoting maintenance programs, and managing financial follow-up for equipment repairs and service contracts. The ideal candidate will have : Previous experience in service coordination, service writing, or customer service. Knowledge of agricultural equipment, components, and repair processes is an asset. Strong background in sales or business development within a service environment. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS), service scheduling, and billing software. Ability to manage collections and maintain financial accountability. Valid driver’s license.
