Responsible for, or supported, the management of the portfolio or program budget. Have 8 to 15 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager (PM). Have at least 5 years of experience as a program director. Have knowledge of Google Suite. Have good experience in MS 365. Experience with Agile / Kanban methodologies. Background : Migrating to Microsoft 365
This two-year strategic project involves the transition from Google Suite to Microsoft 365 for all of the client's employees worldwide. The selected candidate will supervise :
- A project management team : composed of 2 project managers (PMs).
- An Organizational Change Management (OCM) team : comprising 4 to 5 members.
- A global project team : of about 20 people, whose composition can vary depending on the external assistance.
- A network of regional ambassadors : responsible for facilitating the transition within the different regions.
The main goal is to ensure a smooth and successful transition to Microsoft 365 while minimizing impacts on day-to-day operations and maximizing employee adoption.
