Our Member Advisors play a vital role in supporting our members by providing friendly knowledgeable service across our branches and digital channels. As a summer student youll gain hands-on experience in financial services strengthen your communication and problemâsolving skills and be part of a supportive team dedicated to helping members succeed.
What Youll Do
- Be the first point of contact for our membersgreeting them warmly and helping them with dayâtoâday banking needs.
- Respond to member inquiries by offering clear advice and guidance on a full range of financial products and services.
- Promote and support members with both cash and nonâcash products and services identifying opportunities to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Utilize digital banking solutions to make banking easier more efficient and more convenient for members.
- Supporting our members connecting them to the right Credit Union products and services that meet their needs.
- Travel within the region as required (up to 200 km) following Innovations Travel Practice Guidelines.
