Advantages

- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Stable day schedule)

Responsibilities
⚙️ Manage day-to-day operational processes using internal IT systems
📊 Prepare specialized, routine reports, correspondence, and statistical summaries
🗂️ Maintain organized records and filing systems (digital and physical)
💻 Enter and manage data using Microsoft Office and specialized software
📈 Produce reports that support business decisions and performance tracking
🧭 Coordinate and administer programs, projects, and internal processes
🤝 Support cross-functional teams with operational and administrative expertise

Qualifications
🧠 What You Bring
🕔 5–8 years of experience in operations, administration, or program coordination
📋 Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail
🔍 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
💬 Must be fluent in English and French to communicate with clients located outside Quebec on a regular basis.
💡 A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with specialized systems
💡Must be fluent in communicate with French/ English speaking clients located outside Quebec on a regular basis
