VUE D’ENSEMBLE :

Le Coordonnateur des Opérations sera chargé d’aider à tous les aspects du processus de gestion des commandes de SharkNinja, de fournir un service à la clientèle à nos détaillants et aux parties prenantes internes, ainsi que d’effectuer des tâches administratives générales

Le Coordonnateur des Opérations se concentrera principalement sur le traitement précis des commandes des clients pour les principaux détaillants de SharkNinja en atteignant/dépassant les objectifs définis en soutien au cycle de vie de l’exécution de détail et à l’exécution parfaite des commandes. Ils travailleront également en étroite collaboration avec les Finances, et les Ventes afin d’examiner, de rechercher et d’aider à la mise en place d’actions correctives associées aux rétro facturations des détaillants. Le Coordonnateur des Opérations est un membre précieux de l’équipe qui surpasse les normes de service à la clientèle et propose des solutions et des idées d’amélioration. Il/elle interagira étroitement avec les représentants commerciaux en fonction des comptes qui leur sont attribués.

Voici quelques-unes des choses passionnantes que vous aurez à faire:

  • Traiter les commandes à envoyer au centre de distribution.
  • Vérifier les disponibilités des stocks.
  • S’occuper de la logistique : acheminer les commandes via EDI ou sur les portails des détaillants.
  • Agir de manière proactive sur les dossiers de commandes en cours par compte en indiquant le cheminement actuel, les problèmes et les actions, ainsi que les dates d’expiration.
  • Examiner de façon hebdomadaire les résultats avec le service des ventes
  • Travailler activement à la réalisation des objectifs de livraison dans les délais (OTIF)
  • Faire des escalations des problèmes et identifier les solutions.
  • Rechercher les déductions/erreurs liées à la conformité et participer aux efforts interfonctionnels pour mettre en œuvre des actions correctrices.
  • Participer à l’examen et à la recherche de toutes les contestations des réclamations rejetées afin de déterminer les prochaines étapes.

ÉDUCATION ET EXPÉRIENCE :

  • 2 ans ou plus d’expérience dans un environnement de commerce inter-entreprises chez des détaillants importants

OVERVIEW:

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of SharkNinja’s order management process, providing customer service to our retailers and internal stakeholders, working with 3PLs and transport carriers, as well as performing general administrative tasks. The Operations Coordinator will focus primarily on the accurate processing of customer orders for SharkNinja’s major retailers in meeting and exceeding defined objectives in support of Retail Execution Lifecycle and Perfect Order Execution. They will also work very closely with Finance and Sales to review, research, and assist in corrective actions associated with retailer chargebacks.

The Operations Coordinator is a valuable member of the team who exceeds customer service standards and brings forward issues and ideas for improvement. The Operations Coordinator an advocate for the customer and customer experience

  • Process all orders to send to the distribution facility.
  • Verify inventory availabilities.
  • Deal with logistics: routing orders via EDI or Retailer portals.
  • Pro-actively open-order files by account indicating current routing issues & actions/EDC dates.
  • Weekly review of results with Sales teams.
  • Actively work to achieve on-time delivery metrics (OTIF).
  • Escalate issues and identify solutions.
  • Research compliance related deductions/errors and participate in cross-functional efforts to implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in the review and research of all disputes rejected claims to determine next steps.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or account management role.
  • 2+ Years of experience with Retail Majors in a B2B capacity.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
