Procurement Analyst (SAP)

What is in it for you:
• Salaried: $40-44 per hour.
• Incorporated Business Rate: $45-50 per hour.
• 12-month contract with potential extension up to 18 months.
• Full-time position: 37.5 hours per week.
• Hybrid work, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the Montréal office.
Responsibilities:
• Execute transactional procurement activities in SAP, including material updates, price changes, and purchasing-related configurations.
• Manage ServiceNow requests related to framework agreements, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Investigate and resolve transactional issues related to purchase orders, supplier data, and contracts.
• Create, update, and maintain framework agreements, including adding, removing, and correcting items and pricing.
• Support the framework agreement lifecycle, including renewals, updates, and expiration date tracking.
• Ensure alignment and consistency of procurement data across sites, systems, and agreements.
• Maintain high-quality procurement data by updating and validating material master data, including descriptions, units of measure, and manufacturer details.
• Maintain high-quality procurement data by updating and validating supplier master data, including tax settings, banking information, and account structures.
• Identify and correct inconsistencies to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting initiatives, including dashboards, trackers, and performance metrics.
• Contribute to the identification of material leakage and the improvement of automation coverage.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for transactional procurement requests.
• Collaborate with category analysts, specialists, and global support teams to resolve issues and implement changes.
• Interact with suppliers to validate and confirm information when required.
• Participate in supplier consolidation and rationalization initiatives.
• Support framework agreement data cleanup and governance efforts.
• Contribute to procurement process automation and standardization initiatives.
• Participate in the development of Power BI dashboards.
• Support the tracking, reporting, and execution of multiple projects.
What you will need to succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is an asset.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or transactional operations.
• 1-3+ years of experience in reporting and analyzing complex data to support decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Experience with reporting, performance metrics, trackers, and the design and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
• Experience participating in process improvement, automation, and standardization projects.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, including P2P, contracts, and supplier master data.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Working knowledge of VBA and/or Power Query.
• Experience with Power Apps is an asset.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
