CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Priority #1: Help humans get their jobs done with technology;
• Configure, deploy, and support business-class equipment onsite and remotely using a variety of cutting-edge tools and technologies;
• Respond to customer-reported issues – identify problems, troubleshoot, and resolve with the support of your team;
• Recommend solutions and provide advice as required;
• Assist in design and delivery of IT projects;
• Document all activity in a clear and concise manner.

REQUIREMENTS

Bulletproof IT is growing steadily and looking for reinforcements—experienced professionals with a strong background supporting and delivering solutions across modern Microsoft environments, including:

• Microsoft Windows–based desktops and servers
• Microsoft Exchange (on‑premises) and Microsoft 365
• Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
• Advanced firewall and network security solutions
• Cloud services and hybrid environments
• Mobile device management and support

In addition, the ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with:

• Microsoft Windows Server upgrades and lifecycle management
• Physical‑to‑Virtual (P2V) and Virtual‑to‑Virtual (V2V) server migrations
• Planning and executing server and workload migrations with minimal downtime
• SharePoint data migrations, including on‑premises to SharePoint Online
• Working collaboratively to design and implement solutions that align with customer needs and long‑term scalability

The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently on complex projects while collaborating with Technical Account Managers to proactively identify and solve emerging challenges.

Excellent communication and people skills are as important to us as technical skills, and education and certifications are an advantage though the right experience and attitude may substitute.
