The successful candidate will possess the following combination of Skills, Knowledge and Experience: At minimum a college diploma, ideally in business or management studies, or equivalent education and experience. A well-defined sense of diplomacy, conflict resolution, and people management skills. Effective written, verbal communication skills and computer literacy in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. A strong capability to train, build and motivate a diverse team. Strong organization and accuracy in all facets of work. A desire to learn and the drive to reach for promotional opportunities. A clean or near clean driving record. Retail or Warehouse experience is an asset.
