Process improvement engineer Jobs in Brampton, ON

Job Description

We are looking for a Process Improvement professional with a background in Warehousing and Distribution, preferably in Food related industries. We are looking for a consultant to start within the next 2-4 weeks. Location is Brampton/Mississauga

The required candidate will be a Six Sigma Black Belt, with a solid track record helping organizations improve their service delivery processes, internal operations processes, work stream mapping, optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Our client is moving warehousing and Distribution from of Brampton to a Mississauga location. The Process Improvement professional will have a blank slate to design, map, streamline and put together a process mapping document, for execution by the PM.

It is possible to have the same person develop the Process Mapping, a 6-8 week endeavor, and act as the PM responsible for the execution and the physical move, an 8-12 months endeavor.

Qualifications

The Process Improvement professional will have at least 7 years’ experience in Process Mapping, both service delivery focused (client) and internal process mapping and improvement, a 6 Sigma Black Belt or equivalent, and a versatile skill set that can be applied in a food distribution environment. An Ability to execute the physical move, and implement the Process Mapping master list, is a very strong asset.
