Job description
We’re looking for a seasoned commercial cleaner (10+ years’ experience) for a light office cleaning role. Ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. NO subcontracting.
Position Overview:
- Start: Mar 7 @ 10:00 AM (one-time only) — after that, follow the normal schedule.
- Pay: $500/month (flat rate)
- Location: Near Yonge St & Elgin Mills Rd, Richmond Hill (approx. 1,000 sq ft office; cleaning focus is entrance/reception/waiting).
Schedule:
- Mon–Thu: anytime between 6:30 PM – 11:00 PM (30 minutes per visit)
- Vacuum the 3 long entrance mats.
- Mop entry floors (approx. 600 sq ft).
- Fri: anytime between 7:30 PM – 11:00 PM (1.5 hours per visit)
- Reception & waiting area.
- 10 cubicles + 1 office room.
- Collect waste + recycling.
- 1 single washroom.
- Kitchen: clean 1 sink (approx. 400 sq ft).
Core Tasks:
- Surface disinfection.
- Dusting/wiping.
- Mopping/vacuuming.
- Empty bins.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years hands-on commercial cleaning experience.
- Own vehicle / reliable transportation.
- Able to provide 2 references + brief work history.
- Police background check may be requested.
- Punctual, consistent, able to work solo.
- NO subcontracting.
What We Provide:
- All supplies/tools provided and must stay on-site.
- Respectful, supportive environment.
- Reliable monthly income: $500/month.
