Position Scope
We are looking for a highly skilled, energetic, and ambitious IT Systems Administrator. As an integral part of our Systems & IT department, you will evaluate the organization's digital requirements and formulate strategies to utilize digital technologies for business growth and transformation. You will provide support and consultation on our technology stack, which includes Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and computer networks. You will also be responsible for reviewing and contributing to the development of digital systems aimed at enhancing departmental operating procedures, identifying efficiencies and areas for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Leverage your expertise in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure Hybrid Cloud architecture, administration, and best practices to lead, plan, develop, and implement solutions.
- Develop, oversee, and maintain system services, including Exchange, SharePoint, MS Teams, Co-Pilot AI Agent, PowerApps, Power Automate, and other industry-standard tools.
- Ensure the stability and efficiency of the current IT infrastructure while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to and provide consultation on projects aimed at migrating from legacy technologies to advanced solutions, utilizing automation and workflow tools.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement, develop standard operating procedures, and lead training sessions.
- Provide escalation support and assist with the implementation and maintenance of endpoint devices, software, and third‑party tools.
- Test systems and new procedures prior to delivery.
- Perform regular data backups and implement disaster recovery plans preventing data loss and ensuring business continuity.
- Additional duties as required.
