Marketing Communications Intern (Paid) Full Time: anticipated length May-August Why STARS At STARS, we come to work every day with a purpose…to save lives. We are currently looking for a Marketing Communications Intern at our Calgary base in the Marketing and Communications department.

While you may not be flying the helicopter or providing patient care, as a member of STARS’ MarComms team, you will play an important role in STARS’ life-saving mission.

Key Responsibilities: Support in the development and support of go to market strategies for signature events Support with social media content creation and writing copy Support with digital strategy and execution Writing internal articles Writing comms plans and news releases for signature events Writing and creating content for marketing publications Support with strategy and marketing for Lottery in various markets Writing content for marketing publications Support on PR and marketing campaigns Must be able to work on-location to help with content creation Photography and videography - an asset not a requirement Qualifications & Requirements: New grad or student currently enrolled in a post secondary institution.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a mature, professional, and calm demeanor.

Advanced time management skills, ability to thrive with multiple priorities of focus.
