I'm searching for a responsible in-house sitter in New Westminster, British Columbia to care for my home and pets while I'm away. The main responsibilities include pet feeding, light walks and providing company for Marley who is 15 years old. I'm offering a payment of $100.00 per day for the right candidate. The ideal candidate should have experience with pet care and be trustworthy and reliable. In addition to feeding and caring for my pet, I need someone who will keep my home tidy and secure. I live in a beautiful location in a 2 bedroom condo that has excellent security and condos with fabulous views and surroundings. New Westminster Quay (where I live) is 5 minute walk to the Skytrain, on the shores of Fraser River and Quayside gardens - the perfect location for a combo holiday/dog sitting. All amenities within walking distance (5 minute) Marley, my dog is 14 years old. She is happy to stick to a feed schedule that you may have to establish. Currently she has breakfast at 9:15am and dinner at 4 - 5PM She has chicken and kibble and the chicken will be prepared and frozen. She likes a 25 - 30 minute walk after her breakfast and a few short walks (pee breaks) before 8pm. She has quirks and treat desires and she goes thru periods of incontinence when she uses the pee pads. If you are a Grandma or Nana retired or semi-retired and can move in for nearly 3 weeks this could be a pleasant change of scenery. If you work part-time and need a second job, this could be a consideration. If you are a Douglas College student this would be the perfect part time job.
