The role is responsible to lead local and above-market Order-to-Cash activities and maintain best in class KPI’s. This role is key to maximize cash flow through on time in full cash collection and a sound controls environment.
The OTC area maximizes Sales & Revenue by increasing awareness, minimizing exceptions, and achieving excellence in execution. As part of your role as an Order to Cash Executive, you will motivate, stimulate, and drive a team of analysts to align with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities
Manage Order-to-Cash related activities.
Oversee the OTC cycle management, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators and compliance standards.
Contribute to key OTC projects focused on process optimization and technology integration, including new sales channels.
Partner with Commercial and Corporate Finance teams to enhance operational effectiveness and provide strategic insights.
Assist in creating reporting tools and dashboards for comprehensive visibility into the Order to Cash cycle.
Identify and implement process optimizations to enhance efficiency while ensuring strong controls are maintained.
Collaborate with various departments (Trade, Supply Chain, etc.) to optimize workflows and enhance collaboration.
Assist management with evolving business needs and special projects, keeping stakeholders informed of updates and issues.
Support the testing of new system functionalities, monitoring for defects and ensuring effective resolution.
Qualifications
2-4 years of relevant work experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or other relevant field
Bilingualism (Written and Spoken French and English)
Strong analytical skills, with strong ability to translate data into actionable insights
Ability to challenge conventional practices and determination to deliver with quality & integrity
Strong organizational aptitude, effective time management, presentation skills, excellent verbal, and written communication skills
Advanced computer background including Microsoft Office Applications (Advanced Excel skills required)
