Order Picker

The Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, organizing, and preparing products for distribution. While the role begins with training and some support tasks in the carts and totes area, the main focus of this position is order picking .

Key Responsibilities

• Complete all required SOP and Health & Safety training.
• Support initial warehouse tasks, including clearing bins from trucks and checking for returned products or waste.
• Dispose of garbage safely using compactors.
• Perform accurate and efficient order picking as the primary daily responsibility.
• Use iPads and RF scanning technology to locate, select, and process orders.
• Handle repetitive lifting of items up to 15 lbs throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
