Adecco is currently hiring a Forklift Operator for a full-time opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. This role is ideal for experienced forklift operators who thrive in high-volume operations, prioritize safety, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.

• Pay Rate: $25/hour

• Shift: Monday to Friday | 6:30 AM - 3 PM

Responsibilities:
Forklift Operations & Material Handling

• Safely operate dual and quad forklifts in a high-volume warehouse environment.
  
• Load, unload, move, and stage products efficiently and accurately.
  
• Transport materials throughout the facility while maintaining product quality.
  

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, food safety standards, and SQF procedures.
  
• Complete daily forklift inspections and equipment safety checks.
  
• Maintain compliance with quality and operational standards.
  

Warehouse Operations

• Support warehouse, production, and inventory movement activities.
  
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure operational efficiency.
  
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 55 lbs.
  

Housekeeping & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  
• Support 5S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Build positive working relationships across departments.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or production environment.
  
• Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience.
  
• Valid forklift certification required.
  
• Experience operating dual or quad forklifts is strongly preferred.
  
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory movement, and transport packaging.
  
• Understanding of food safety, SQF, or quality standards is an asset.
  
• Familiarity with 5S, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement principles is an asset.
  
• Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
  
• Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity.
  
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment.
  
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
