This General Office Clerk role is a long-term contract / temporary opportunity in the Toronto, Ontario area, and will be responsible for performing various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a warm environment to customers
- Demonstrate command of such tasks as data entry, faxing, copying, scanning, filing, and word processing
- Interface with customers in a friendly manner and provide service quickly and accurately
- Offer, as needed, support to front desk and receptionist duties
- Handle support of diverse projects for other employees as necessary
- Receive and place telephone calls as needed
- Conform to prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence
