Position : Mailroom Clerk / Office Services Clerk
Location : Downtown Toronto (On-site 5 days a week)
Salary : $20 per hour
Job Type : 1-year contract (with potential for extension)
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our client’s team in the Mailroom department. If you have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, this position may be perfect for you.
Duties :
- Provide support to all Client Associates to facilitate client deliverables
- Provide backup and peak workload support
- Process letter
- Support administrative tasks, as required
- Provide operational support for print, mail, courier, and imaging equipment and operations
- Provide outstanding customer communications and client service
- Travel to supported accounts using reliable dependable transportation
Qualifications :
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and / or any other data-entry or CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to various client environments in an organized and professional manner
- Ability to work in a team environment or single person environment with minimal supervision
- Ability and willingness to learn and develop
