In this role, you will play a significant part in supporting the daily operations of our company and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and conference calls
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail, and prioritize and distribute accordingly
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems, ensuring all information is organized and easily accessible
- Process and track invoices, expenses, and other financial records
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members
- Monitor and order office supplies, and maintain inventory levels
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and keep information up to date
- Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by management
