Tasks

  • Answering incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
  • Preparing estimate files.
  • Tracking current orders and files.
  • Maintaining customer order inventory.
  • Drafting certain procedures or other elements for orders as needed.
  • Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • DVS in Secretarial Studies or relevant education or experience.
  • Two to three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced oral and written French.
  • Professional to intermediate English.
