Tasks
- Answering incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
- Preparing estimate files.
- Tracking current orders and files.
- Maintaining customer order inventory.
- Drafting certain procedures or other elements for orders as needed.
- Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements
- DVS in Secretarial Studies or relevant education or experience.
- Two to three years of experience in a similar role.

- Advanced oral and written French.
- Professional to intermediate English.
