Salary : Up to $46.72 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule : 40 hours per week, hybrid 2 days in office

We would love to meet :
- Technical College diploma (DEC) in administration, legal technique, or a relevant field (a legal-related qualification will be considered an asset)
- At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field
- Fluent spoken and written in French language
- Strong proficiency using the full Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with note-taking for minutes of meetings
Main responsibilities :
- Efficiently coordinate board meetings, extraordinary board meetings, and technical committee sessions
- Ensure the preparation of agendas and necessary documents
- Oversee administrative activities of technical committees
- Publish notices following decisions made by the board and the CEO
- Track decisions and regulations adopted by the board
- Supervise the publication of tender notices and the reception of public submissions
- Inform relevant bodies of resolutions requiring approval from pertinent authorities
