This role requires a deep connection to the community and a passion for centering lived experience, as the CEO will be a key spokesperson and ambassador, representing the organization with external partners and interest holders. The CEO will also champion a rights-based approach, ensuring that the voices and lived experiences of the community are reflected in the organization's priorities and impact.
