We're seeking a 433A Licensed Industrial Millwright to join our client's growing maintenance team in the heavy industry manufacturing in a permanent continental shift role.What we offer:

• Location: Milton, L9T 6W3 ON
• Shift: Permanent Continental Shifts - continental rotating shift schedule. 12-hour shifts rotate from day to night weekly. You must be able and willing to work both day and night shifts. 12-hour shifts are (days and nights) 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Hourly Rate: $44.31/hr.
• Benefits: Extended health care, life insurance, RRSP match, safety shoe & tool allowance
• This is a Full-Time permanent opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide essential mechanical and technical support to the production line, optimizing production efficiency and product quality.
• Conduct repairs, replacements, preventive, and predictive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Repair and replace components of machinery, ensuring smooth operations.
• Utilize exceptional troubleshooting skills for mechanical equipment, safety protocols, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Read, interpret, and adhere to drawings, blueprints, schematics, and safety considerations.
• Work with various bearings and systems, perform troubleshooting and new installations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Millwright (433A) certified to work in Ontario
• 5+ years’ experience in heavy industry manufacturing preferred
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electronic controls
• Ability to read blueprints and operational manuals
• Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
