Positioned in the dynamic field of manufacturing & logistics, this full-time temporary role offers stable weekday hours, competitive weekly pay, and an exceptional opportunity to expand your experience with a well-established, safety-oriented industry leader.

In this multifaceted role within manufacturing & logistics, you will play a vital role in daily warehouse distribution operations, blending skilled forklift operation with essential hands-on order handling. As a qualified Counterbalance Forklift Operator, you will safely maneuver, load, and unload high-value tile products, perform picking and packing, handle labelling, and maintain precise inventory controls. Randstad Operational: Secure a job that complements your skills, supports work-life balance, and powers your goals. Get access to a range of job opportunities through permanent, temp, or contract roles with the best employers, plus ongoing training from a trusted partner who cares about your working life and well-being.

Advantages
• Competitive pay rate of $23.00 per hour, paid conveniently on a weekly basis.
• Consistent, full-time day schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (enjoy your weekends off!).
• Convenient work location in Concord (Vaughan region), easily accessible by public transit and major routes.
• Opportunity to build valuable experience with a global leader in the tile and building materials sector.
• Supportive, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment within manufacturing & logistics.
• Direct guidance and continuous support from Randstad’s specialized recruiters throughout your assignment.

Responsibilities
• Safely operate a Counterbalance Forklift to transport, stack, and retrieve tile and building material products throughout the warehouse.
• Perform manual warehouse duties, including order picking, packing, labelling, sorting, shipping, and receiving incoming inventory.
• Conduct thorough inventory checks and record stock movements accurately to support overall warehouse efficiency.
• Unload incoming shipments, verify product counts against packing slips, and inspect goods for damage or discrepancies.
• Prepare finished orders for dispatch by staging, palletizing, wrapping, and strapping goods securely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in full compliance with company safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors in the manufacturing & logistics department to meet daily targets.
• Assist with manual labour tasks, lifting and moving products weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the work shift.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift certification or extensive, verifiable experience operating Counterbalance forklifts.
• Ability to perform manual labour, including lifting, bending, standing, and carrying items up to 50 lbs.
• High comfort level handling a wide variety of products with high accuracy and close attention to detail.
• Commitment to a full-time, temporary assignment with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots are mandatory for warehouse floor safety.
