Autocut Machine Operator & Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Location: Brantford, ON
Pay: $20.34/hr
Schedule: 12-Hour Continental Rotating Shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM / 7:00 PM–7:30 AM)

Working directly within our core production team, you will be responsible for running specialized autocut equipment while safely managing heavy raw materials and finished goods using a counterbalance lift. Responsibilities
- Operate autocut machinery, performing precise setups, continuous monitoring, and quick adjustments.
- Maneuver counterbalance forklifts to safely load, transport, and stage heavy rubber stock and completed products.
- Perform physical material handling, including unassisted lifting up to 90 lbs across a 12-hour shift.
- Conduct strict quality control evaluations to guarantee output meets production tolerances.
- Execute daily pre-shift equipment inspections and log production output accurately.

Qualifications
- Valid, active external Counterbalance Forklift Certification.
- Proven ability to manage heavy manual labor (lifting up to 90 lbs continuously).
- Full commitment to working alternating day and night 12-hour continental shifts.
- Previous background operating industrial machinery or working in heavy manufacturing.
