• Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products for packaging or further processing.
• Complete daily production logs and documentation accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production flow and reduce waste.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
• Capability to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
• A clear criminal background check is required for this position.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the job site in Brantford, Ontario.
• Prior experience in the foam insulation or plastics industry is considered an asset.
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator within a manufacturing & logistics environment.
